Walking with Taid

I don’t think I overdid things yesterday, but I’ve been struck down with really bad pains once more. I thought cutting out gluten had sorted the problem, but unless the toast I had in the cathedral cafe wasn’t really gluten free, it must be something else.  I suspect my parastomal hernia may be the cause….. 

As it’s a day where I spend most of my time lying down, please accept a photo from yesterday - not surprisingly, a shot of Lili. 

Tomorrow’s another early start - I’m due in Liverpool Women’s Hospital st 7.30 for some exploratory work and more biopsies …..
