The Great Escape

This little beauty was peeping through a hedge when I stopped at a village shop for some groceries this morning. It was big, bright and bold and making a great effort to escape. I suspect there were many others on the other side of the hedge, but I couldn't be sure of course and I like to think this one didn't care to share the limelight with the others.
