Blissful walk this morning up Coombe Hill. Hardly a soul in sight.

Spent the day catching up with bits and bobs around the house and garden. It’s been a perfect day weather wise.

Managed a long catchup with Hayley. Poor girl, her osteoarthritis is really painful at the moment. She saw the physiotherapist this week. He said “Do you realise how severe your osteoarthritis is?” Her reply was yes, I’m living with it.
