la Dolce Vita

Our new Italian cafe was packed when we walked in around 11.00 this morning.  It started to empty not long after we sat down. Hmmm .....

A couple of tables were taken by older men, sitting alone, nursing their expressos. It looked like a scene from Montalbano.  And in the spirit of that Italian sleuth, I bought a couple of cannolis to take home.

It seems to be doing well; long may it continue.
