The second extra is the view from Knockree. Unfortunately my photo doesn’t do it any justice. It’s gorgeous there.

I have been up and about since 6.30am and by the sea and in the mountains and woodlands for 3 hours. Completely immersed in nature and appreciating where I live.

It’s time to relax now and enjoy a rasher sandwich and a mug of coffee.
