My Baby Moana and Her Father

Easily my favorite beach in all the world: Lanikai. 
Beach picnic: Sandwiches, shrimp chips, and mashed Okinawan sweet potato from Kalapawai Market
In the evening we swam at the pool.
And at sunset we swam in the lagoon. 
For dinner, we ate at Longboard's Bar and Grill. Piña coladas, coconut shrimp, asian chicken salad, and poke nachos.

It took me three days to break away from my usual state of overstimulation and overwhelm. I've been struggling with mental health challenges for months. Today was a breakthrough, as I was finally able to see through the brain fog and soak in my environment in the present moment. What a breath of fresh air.
