County Fair

This year is the 100th anniversary of the Charles County Fair, and it is a doozy! The kids had off from school for "Fair Day," and all the rides were a dollar each for students. The fairgrounds were packed. 
My son's roofing company had a beautiful display where we hung out eating our food truck dinners.  
The girls had their faces painted. They both chose the puppy dog face.
The extra is part of the photography competition. I didn't enter, but maybe next year? 
There was a display there advertising the Charles County Arts Alliance, and I found out that there is a camera club in our county that meets at 1 o'clock on Mondays at my grandson's school. A lady from the club talked to me for a long time, with both of us geeking out about photog things.
