Friday: The Mountains and Beaumaris

Very chilly 6°C when we got up, leisurely breakfast then got ready for our journey to the Crematorium at Bangor for Service of Thanksgiving for my sadly departed “Big Sister” - Margaret. The Sailor drove us and it was surprisingly quiet there.

Such a lovely service and so nice seeing colleagues from 20 years ago and  of course my old school friend from when we were both 11 years old and started “big school” together :-))

The Sailor then drove us to The BishopsGate House Hotel for light refreshments, the wind was chilly as we walked to and from the car park.

More episodes of “Line of Duty” the end of Series 3 was very dramatic … we’ve now started Series 4 …
