Feet
I’m thinking about my feet a lot just now, hoping that they will feel okay about walking 21 miles on hard surfaces on Sunday’s Kiltwalk. We take our feet for granted most of the time, until they start to complain…and look how intricate they are - 26 bones in each foot, plus ligaments to give stability.
I am on my feet at work which I think is good preparation for a long walk. It is something which our new trainees often find particularly difficult.
