It's been a hectic week and I've been a little slow getting my blips up!

Today I'll introduce people to my husband a super clever and very simple human being. I envy his motivation and ability to just get the job done... We're both pharmaceutical researchers, I never seem to get anything done (might have to do with my horrid supervisor)...& he's a little more advanced then me (career wise) and has far more on his plate, but he'll make a list and get it done!

I put his 'go get it' attitude down to being a farm boy... Farming in Australia is super tough and usually unrewarding but his family have persevered for 3 generations on their property in the NSW Riverina... Ironic name really... The area has many rivers, creeks etc but Australia is just coming out of 10+yrs of drought so most have not flowed and if they do the irrigation farms closest to the river bleed them dry.

To celebrate his country background, I got him a classic RM Williams sweater... only because it was on sale....because even though RM are 'Bush Outfitters' they charge 'an arm and a leg'...
