Cascade

Today we headed for Sherborne. The “new” castle was built by Sir Walter Raleigh in the 16th century but has been added to over the years including a garden and lake by Capability Brown. This is a detail from the cascade out of the lake.

The old castle (in extras) can be seen from the grounds.

After our walk we had a nice lunch in Sherborne then had a wander around the magnificent abbey.
