blinds….

it’s tough to find blips when you don’t walk around with the phone, so tis is the blind shadows on the floor taken from my chair…

not much to report…., i ordered some ice packs for my thigh , they came in a bag and a stap to tie it round…..amazing!!

also oreder some bits and pieces to make life a bit more pleasant….. like another Stoov hotwater bottle for in the lounge…Cos i’m cold…..

the carers are hit and miss as most of them have only been doing it for a few weeks or months….. but on Facebook they seem a good company…Willow care….. North Shropshire….
