well this was a good day, carers came on time and the amazing thing is one washed my hair……i was stand over the sink in the kitchen….she even helped me dry it…..after 3 weeks it feels bliss to have a clean head…..:)

had an amazing night sleep and the community physios tell me i am doing to much and need to rest more ….so i’m just putting the brakes on a little….
