Paintingboys

The boys came with me to work this morning. I was actually quite glad they came today!! They had a blast, they weren't too much hard work (unlike last week when I was ready to curl up and rock quietly), they bumped up the numbers for the Little Explorer class (!) but boy was I glad that Steve was able to come and help pack up at the end...

Man alive has it been warm today. Too warm even to sit out in the garden when we got home. Bear wanted sleep so we headed off to bed, Bean watched Finding Nemo and finished off the sandwiches, and Steve went out for beer and sausages for the barbecue! A very late lunch in the garden with added paddling pool fun, picking fresh berries off the fruit bushes, chatting about life and potential and how for the first time in over a year things haven't provoked the "this just isn't right" response.
