NTS Threave Gardens

Today's the day ...................... for a garden visit

Will had to go to NTS Threave Gardens for a meeting today - so sister Marj and I went along too and had a look round the gardens while he was otherwise occupied.

Despite the lateness in the season, there were still plenty of lovely plants to see in the borders and in the walled garden.  The above were on one of the shelves in the big glasshouse in the middle, still looking at their best.

There was time for a cup of coffee - and the purchase of a few plants - before Will was finished and we all set off for home ......................
