Busy busy

Mr PHL took the caravan back to the storage yard after dropping Phin and me at NewbattleAbbey (obviously he hooked the caravan up after he’d dropped us!)

We walked our usual circuit then came home via the other woods and the railway path. A solid 7.5k. After lunch I started cleaning out the fridges. The one in the kitchen didn’t take too long though there were a surprising number of similar jars on the top shelf.

The fridge in the garage took a little longer as it’s full of drinks and there were rather many cans and bottles past their sell by date.

I cleaned the en-suite shower whilst Mr PHL started working in the guest room en-suite. We need to renew the sealant and he’s decided to paint it before we have guests this coming weekend.

The washing I put out this morning mostly dried in the wind and little bit of sunshine we saw today.

I put some stewing steak and veg in the slow cooker this morning and made it into a rather tasty potato topped pie for dinner.
