I slept peacefully last night - no bad arm-aches. Otherwise I would have rung the doctor to get some more effective painkillers, as needed.

JR took Archie out in the afternoon, after having been in town to pick up an item. She popped in to the surgery for a list of what vaccines we’ve been pumped full of over the years. Need this for our forthcoming holiday vaccine review. It’s scary just how much is injected in. But then we should feel grateful!
