I make no apologies for more sea type shots, the beach is beautiful at the moment. There was quite a breeze today making to sea quite choppy and a really dark blue.

A life first for me today. I have lived in Worthing for ten years and for the first time today I went to the beach with the single intention of having a swim after work. No children. no picnic and a perfect 20 minutes bobbing about in the sea took away all the bloody ridiculous irritations of the day.

Then went to pick Will up from the park from his end of year Beavers picnic. You could spot him and his three best friends a mile off, a proper little gang chatting furiously about goodness knows what..

End of my working week, I have a lovely weekend ahead of me, hooray
