Today we reached the end of the North section and tomorrow we embark on the south. With a dodgy forecast we took a valley route and skipped down on a good path through the forest leaving the official route and getting a lift to tonight’s gite accommodation. Before that we did have a couple of lovely swim stops in the river pools and a shepherd’s hut where we stopped for coffee and crêpes.
