The Sea Holly and the Bee

My garden is so quiet at the moment, even the bees are hiding in the shade. I spent a few minutes out there before I got too hot but I only took a few photos. I'm not particularly happy with this shot but in the absence of something better, it will have to do for today - I'm way too hot for anything, especially taking photos outside :-(
