Dim Sum …

At home!!! We found my favourite dim sum at Aldi on Monday and I finally made them today. Xiao long bao have a little bit of soup in them, and they’re usually served with Chinese vinegar with ginger. I made the sauce and these turned out really well.

Taste wasn’t too bad, but we were spoilt with the best in Hong Kong, even our favourite Crystal Jade!

The other dim sum in there is har gow, which we also like very much.

Today is Kate’s (boss) birthday. So sorry that I couldn’t see her today, but I was able to send her gifts through Jayne, who visited yesterday, yay!
