EMERGENCY BLIP

I’m not really into sport…watch a bit of tennis and rugby but have been absolutely hooked on the Paralympics in Paris. The athletes have been awesome. The medal count is amazing but the sportsmanship between nations has been inspiring to watch.

Visited my lovely tennis friend L who will hopefully see a new consultant on Monday and a decision will be made about the next step on her awful cancer journey. We had lots of laughs and cake too.

This evening we took fish and chips up to Mums. It was very tasty and enjoyed by us all.

Just a bit more Paralympics to end my day…
