Incoming!

One good thing about terrace life is that you can see the storms coming. This one was a doozie! But it means I won’t have to clean the terrace tomorrow, silver lining and all that.
Our last full day here for a while and the fridge was still pretty well stocked so we had P&A over for lunch. ‘Mixed’ salad was the offering and when they left they took everything else that wasn’t yet open which led later to an interesting dinner. Peppers, spring onions, aubergine, pasta sauce, cheese and figs baked in the oven. Turned out great, I might patent it. Ooops!
