Yellow Rose Vine

I noticed a lovely yellow rose vine at the front of one of my near by neighbours. See extra. I was surprised to discover it has flowered every year in the 4  1/2 years I have lived here. I don’t recall ever seeing it despite it being quite striking. Oh dear!
