A Stylish Lady In Red, Maidstone

After my hair escapade yesterday my brother decided to join me in the short hair brigade so we headed into town so he could be shorn. The first barbers he decided to visit had closed down and the second wasn't taking any appointments until after 2.30 so we decided it was better to go for a pint so we could think where else he could go. We supped our beverages and then headed to the High Street - luckily Maidstone is not short of barbers or hairdressers and he managed to find one that was quiet so he popped in.
While he was having his locks chopped I decided to have a photo walk to see if I could get an image or two. Perambulating through the main shopping centre I spotted this very stylish lady in red. I just waited a few seconds hoping she would turn her head so I could catch her profile. I was so happy she did and there was my main shot for the day. The first extra, "Life Is A Game At Any Age", was taken on nearby Week Street. I loved this woman's big bag of celebratory balloons and her tiny dog. The second extra really appealed to me and the light was just perfect.
When my brother re-appeared we had another short walk so he could also capture his photograph for the day. We both agree we look much better now we both had a haircut !
