Computers and Ospreys

As the appointment with the computer technician was cancelled today, I have concentrated on the ospreys all afternoon and early evening.

EXTRA. I wonder if the runt will ever learn to fish as one parent still keeps bringing her food. I have learned that the mother migrates first. Could it be that the mother has already left, and it is the father who brings food to the youngest? I can't tell the males and females apart, but I'll keep an eye on the white head of this parent, and see if it is the male in the old photographs.

I checked photographs of early May where both parents are at the nest, and yes, it looks like the white head with a black stripe belongs to the male.
