Strawberry harvest

I had a good look around the garden today.
There are some strawberries, quite a lot of damage on them but we enjoy them!
My purple sprouting broccoli has disappeared completely!! I thought I had netted it against predators but obviously the rabbits have got underneath and they liked it. Very sad about that.
The beetroot has grown well so I will make some pickles, and there are three marrows! Even though I picked off all the courgettes.
Oh, and some delicious purple dwarf beans, which we ate this evening. Not very many, it’s been such a cold season.
Best of all, we saw a hedgehog under the bird feeder tonight, the first for several years. I’m going to feed it!
