Andi Oliver and Neneh Cherry's Jerk Chicken

I've been trying to find a great Carnival Jerk Chicken recipe for years. Nothing has hit the spot quite like this one from Andi and Neneh. Delicious!

On another matter entirely. I've been trying to find Lea and Perrin's Worcestershire sauce locally to me and have found that it has been replaced on the shelves by sesame oil and kimchi.

This condiment used to be an English store cupboard staple but I guess it's a bit of an acquired taste to modern generations.

More complex than soy sauce, less fishy and denser than nam pla, it's an essential addition to the beef stock I use for making peppercorn sauce.
