Above And Beyond...

Pembridge Church

Fellow blipper SilverImages drove to my house and by 10am we were in our usual cafe in Ross on Wye (Herefordshire, UK) having breakfast to set us up for the day.

Just under an hour away, we arrived at the charming village of Pembridge, Herefordshire, which boast of retaining the most 'black and white' medieval houses in the county. Centre of the village is St Mary the Virgin Church (1320AD) and it's famous detached Bell Tower (1207AD), one of the best surving examples in the UK.

We had a walk around the lovely village and I bought a bottle of Gin and a photo' book.

On the way home we stopped at Eardisley (see extra). a couple of miles away for coffee and cake. A lovely English village where many years ago I found a nice umbrella by the river bridge which by coincidence was is still in the boot of my car today!

Another fab day out in great like minded company.
