Blue haze
This is a part of the West Highland Way in the Garadhban Forest above Drymen.
On the left-hand side, you can see that lots of trees have been felled in recent months, opening up fine aspects of Loch Lomond and its islands to all the walkers on the path. Meanwhile, to the right of the path you can see clear signs of new growth.
It always surprises me how quickly the trees shoot up, so in no time at all those views will once again be hidden.
Friend Gill is visiting overnight, so apologies in advance for not viewing and commenting on journals. I'll catch up tomorrow.
