From time to time, my friend Tim comes over to Kirkby Lonsdale and we go for a run, and then enjoy a curry.

Runna had me down for a 4.3 mile 'easy' run, today, which Tim accommodated, even though it meant we didn't run quite so far as usual. 

And, in a further break from our usual routine, we ate at the Royal. 

Other than that, though, it was business as usual, chatting about music, politics, our families, running, and anything else that came to mind.
