Rosebay Willowherb

I didn't sleep well again and this morning my throat was still sore-ish and I felt a bit achy. As I was supposed to be interacting with several vulnerable people today and tomorrow I thought I'd better do a Covid test. I had some out-of-date ones and it was positive, unlikely to be false but Mr Rat bought some new ones and that was also positive. (He has similar symptoms but was negative). As a result I bowed out of 2 days' activities and have done nothing much all day - sitting snoozing watching the Vuelta filled the afternoon. 
I did think some fresh air would be good so we had a short walk and got a blip.
No major symptoms, just like the beginning of a moderate cold, so I hope it doesn't get worse. I hope I'll sleep better tonight and will have another easy day tomorrow, there are a few things that need to be done but they aren't hard work.
