Mimulus

I didn't sleep particularly well and woke to rain outside and a threatening migraine. I staved off the migraine with paracetamol but continued to feel tired all day with a sore-ish throat. I've had a busy few days so think this is the cause and an early night should sort it.
Today's busyness started with the Keepfit, I made sure I wasn't too energetic, and that was followed by a meeting about some plans at the Community Centre to help reduce flooding in the area.
Then to do the weekly shop, a shower, lunch and off to a meeting at church. This was a good meeting which was part of how the church will be in the years ahead.
By this time the rain was long gone, the sun had come out and it was warm so we had a short walk by the ponds, always good after a busy time. I don't remember seeing Mimulus there before, there were 3 plants in one section of mill lade.
Some cycling watching, cooking and catching up on the admin followed, now a cuppa and bed.
