Day out

A slow start to the day and outside the rain battered down.  

Took Mum down to Peebles for lunch at The Tontine.  Lovely meal in a very quiet dining room.  Came home the long way via Cardrona and Traquair.  The mist was right down on the hills.  Dropped Mum off after 6 and then home for another quiet evening in. 

The sun did come back, for a short while.
