Fading flowers

These flowers from the garden have lasted remarkably well.
Today I'd planned to do some admin and some housework and then run this evening, the running happened but not as much housework or admin as hoped for.
Before I'd even had breakfast I had to sort out a Kids' Club issue as 2 people couldn't be there - which meant I had to go so that was half the afternoon. It wasn't arduous and it was nice to see some of the kids again.
Then I forgot it was a Bank Holiday in England so a phone call didn't get answered and I couldn't find anywhere online to pay the insurance premium. I had an official form to fill in online for the church which required lots of verification codes and I wasn't quite sure what I was doing but I got as far as I could and now have to wait several days to complete it. 
At least the other things I did get done were straightforward and the run was welcome.
