Out of reach

I look at these red ripe apples every year and can’t work out how anyone would be able to reach them even if they had super high risk tolerance.

After yesterday’s torrential rain the White Cart was in full spate. The sun shone for most of the morning and I spent it on a longish run postponed from yesterday. At long last they were cutting the grass in Maxwell Park and the grey heron was in its usual position.

After a year or more of procrastination I signed up to a Spanish course with Lingo Flamingo, a proper study in person one at their hub just 15 minutes walk away. It seems an amazing set up, the modest fees from the community classes subsidise classes in care homes which help with multi tasking, communication and concentration skills. First class for “hatchlings “ is early October. Sounds fun.
