Sweet and Sour Salmon and Noodles Sunday

A rest day with a short walk. Most of today spent in bed.

Tonight’s dinner, homemade Sweet and Sour Noodles with Salmon, Veggies, Mixed Herbs, Chives, Honey and Sesame Seeds, yum.

Today would have been my Uncle Tommy’s birthday (see extras), 25.08.1943 - 25.12.2001.
