Storm damage

Football is back on potternewton playing fields on a cool and very breezy day.

Storm Lillian did bring down trees (see extras) and large clumps of branches which remain on the ground almost encroaching on the field of play.

I am sure council workers will clear up after the Bank Holiday as this weekend they are busy in Potternewton Park clearing storm debris and preparing the park for the Chapeltown Carnival.
