Notes: Woke early and headed out just as it was getting light. Body again feeling stiff and achy but went 15 mi - hot. Shower, coffee, shows. Did a white load of laundry - felt hungry the whole morning. Ate early, rest of the egg bake and some steak mixture - the filet is just sooo much better. Did another set of the Sedona Method tracks early afternoon. Had a text session and then talked on the phone w/ Grace from 515-630p while she was driving from WA to Idaho. Streamed shows in the evening after another quick rinse-off. Very hot day and couldn't go very long w/o the AC running.
