Sunday sun

There was plenty of sun first thing but I knew immediately I went into the garden that there was a much cooler feel in the wind.
I keep going out to straighten up these lovely amber sunflowers as the wind constantly blows them back into the fuchsia behind them.  As you can see there are several blooms on this one plant and although not very big they have a lovely glow in the sun.  As you can see in the extra we have one larger yellow bloom on one plant and several on this one, six in all though you can’t see them here,  and two plants yet to flower. You may see more yet!

This is all I’ve taken today, after church it started to rain and it’s been a fairly miserable and cool bank holiday weekend Sunday afternoon. We did well yesterday!

In the extra you can see that the Vanille Fraise hydrangea blooms have now turned pink.
