The Gym Taxi Run

It’s Friday; I have just one more workday before the bank holiday weekend. Once more, the weather continues its pleasant early Autumnalness, although the forecast for the weekend includes quite a bit of rain. Work itself went by uneventfully, and I was able to get away by about half past five. It was nice to settle in for a relaxing Friday night at home, punctuated only by a few dad’s taxi runs for Gabriel, to and from the gym. Milo is off to the Reading Festival this weekend with his girlfriend and will be away for his birthday… but I am sure he will have a much better time than at home. Monty is now enjoying the delights of Bratislava, back in Slovakia, and we are waiting to hear where he plans to go next.
