Bystock Pools

A grey start to the day with some light drizzle. I was off to a water fitness class so l didn’t mind. After. A late breakfast l headed to a local supermarket to pick up a few things. I was very pleased when l spotted a favourite brand of gin that was half price. I had looked for it a few weeks ago and they had none. I purchased the last bottle.

After lunch l made a quick trip to Bystock Pools with the intention of picking some blackberries as there is a meadow nearby that has a very large number of small bushes. As l arrived there was a light drizzle but a little later it was sunny. The Heather is lovely at the moment.
