Atop a lichen-covered tree

Had a short walk in local streets, partly because we were expecting a visitor (called off due to a lurgi). A solitary Kereru was seen at the top of a tree which looked to be fighting a losing battle with lichen. A little further along on my walk, I got a couple pf photos of a Tui, only one of which was blippable. As most of the Tui's colour was unseen, I chose a second Kereru in two days.
