counting my blessings

My nephew was released from the hospital yesterday afternoon and seems to be doing much better. It's a situation like this that makes me stop and reflect upon how grateful I am for everyone in my life. Thank you for the very kind comments yesterday.

I've put the Exercise Challenge on hold because of the heat and knee problems.
