Flat out

That was me after a day in London, yesterday. Wow it was hot. My feet have ballooned up as they always do when it's hot, and last night when I got back it took me hours to cool down enough to sleep.

Interesting day giving evidence to a House of Lords Select Committee. Probably not having as rough a time as these people, who were also in the building. But we had the same type of water.

Here you have people - unusually for the UK - choosing to be in the shade not the sun. It won't last.
