I made posters today and bunting with Cathy.  I wanted to spend more time with her, without distractions, after she was so distressed a couple of days ago. Its not as bad as first thought. They do need to do another op to cut a little more away, but are reassuringly saying this is a precaution as they believe they got it all worst time. It turned out it was lack of family support that has uppset her so much....tricky family situation. It was good to listen and talk. I hadn't realised the time and rushed away for a nail appt. I'd treated myself to painted toes and fingers. What a treat...back massage and foot spa thrown in! The family helped Cathy finish the bunting. Timings sorted for balloon delivery, posters and bunting Just one more day to keep it a surprise.  Luke sent me this picture of the cake his wife Amy has made for MrK. Blown away.
FK worked 10 till 3 today and Cadets this evening. He's told MrK, whatever we do tomorrow he needs to be back by 5.30 for a friend's bbq. A bit of a fib....the bbq is actually Sunday, but MrK was talking about going up to London or even Norfolk for the day!! Guests are arriving tomorrow from 5pm, so I'm thinking if we get back here for 4ish, that gives him time to check on the ground and be back indoors before he notices anyone. That's the plan....
