Green flag

I enjoyed a dip this morning before a hot pilates session. Good workout. I then met Jo G in one of our Green Flag award winning parks. We're so lucky to have this on our doorstep and kept so beautiful.
FK was working all day at the ground, but I managed to grab him for half an hour to record a video a message to MrK for Friday. The media guys and Luke have collected loads for show on Fridays celebration. It took about 7 takes, with the one agreed on has me sniffing throughout due to emotion in the previous takes! 
I sat and watched cricket with MrK and the boys for a little while then had a good clean up in my shed, which was very therapeutic
