Gone To A Nice Farm

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

I worked from home today and had a pretty quiet time of it. I wrote up some minutes, did some admin, it was nice. 

At 4pm I got a call. It was Luke.

I think he just wanted to call because a) he was bored and b) he missed me. 

He just wanted to know if I was free for lunch tomorrow. 

Briar was also there. But as she was not wearing headphones I couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me. But she mouthed, "Where is your [something]".

"Where is your.... sandwich...?" I asked. 

Briar mimed cat ears.

"Where's Crashy?" said Luke on her behalf.

"Oh, he's out having cat adventures," I said. Which was true.

"He's been put down," Luke relayed to Briar.

Which is when she made the face as shown above.
