A short walk via Ayton Wood

A short walk up the hillside, via Ayton Wood.  The lack of light made for a very dramatic landscape.  I only got to the top of two of the fields this time, but I needed to do something to release the build up of tension I was feeling after this mornings `talk' session. I've always walked when I've felt like that - it's just that I can't walk as far at the moment.
