Green Sheen

These are padron peppers grown in the raised bed in the garden. I love their shapes and glossy skins. I eat these grilled and served with a drizzle of oil and a little salt. I’ve not grown them before and am pleased to have been successful without a greenhouse.

Grateful:
- To have an interesting discussion with an allotment plot holder about preserving fruit and vegetables. He has inspired me to try some new recipes and methods.
- To Andy for walking Merlin this morning and doing the food shopping.
- To speak with Dad on the phone. The vegetable seedlings I gave to him in May are producing well.
